"I committed to Ole Miss today," added Markell Lee. "They offered me a couple of weeks ago, but I did not want to commit until I met all of their coaches. Coach Markuson is recruiting me, and he has done a good job in making me feel important. I went over there to Ole Miss today, and I met all of the coaches. I liked the way they acted. I liked Coach (Tyrone) Nix the most, and that is what made me go with Ole Miss since that is who I will work with."
What were Coach Nix's selling points?
"I like his
attitude and the way he addressed me. I just liked the way he talked. He told
me how I am going to be used and then we went and watched some film of his past
defensive ends. I love the way they use their pass rushing end. It is an attacking
style of defense."
There was also another selling point for the Rebels.

also recruiting me, and Tennessee sent some coaches in last week."
