Alabama DE still in limbo

The Mobile defender was told by the Ole Miss staff that he would have to attend their football camp before they solidified his scholarship offer, and unfortunately for Jawarren, he was not able to attend.

"We had some family problems that morning and I was not able to make it up there," added a dejected Jawarren Hector.

The 6' 1", 205 pound DE/OLB prospect out of Lillie B Williamson was hoping to make a commitment to Ole Miss, pending he received a solid offers, so now what?

"I do not know? I am trying to call Coach Dickerson right now to see what I need to do. I am pretty disappointed right now because I wanted to go ahead and commit but they wanted to evaluate me further. I really do not know what to say."

What stands out about Ole Miss?

"They seem like they have a really good staff and I like the defense they run."

Who else is involved in Jawarren's recruitment?

"UAB and Marshall have offered me, and I think Auburn is getting close to offering me too."

Did Hector attend any college camps this summer?

"No sir, I was in summer school, so I never had the time."

Stay tuned with to find out the latest with Jawarren Hector.
