"I am supposed to be going over there on Friday," added Anthony Rogers. "I am supposed to be going to Ole Miss, and that is about it."
This looks to be a two way battle.
Anthony reported to us last that it looked doubtful he was going to take anymore visits outside of OSU. What changed his mind?
"I just believe I should first look at all of my options before I make a major decision. I need to make sure I am making the right decision. I do not want to regret anything I do."
The OSU staff was not fazed about the decision to take a visit to Ole Miss.
"They have not really said anything at all about it. They have not even mentioned it, to be honest. They just call and check up on me, and ask me how my family is doing and asking what my weight is, and making sure I am staying in the classroom."
Rogers has seen a weight increase from when he started his season at 238.
Anthony realizes if he keeps growing that might put the defensive tackle position in his sights.
"That is what they all keep telling me (laugh). I am going to try and stay at end until I get too big."
Anything beats what Rogers is currently going through.
"To be honest, I am starting to feel the pressure. I talk to my mom about it a lot. We just pray about it. I can not keep my mind off it. It is such a hard decision. I just pray I make the right one."
Rogers has never visited the Ole Miss campus so there a few things he will be focusing on while he takes in his last scheduled official visit.
"I want to look at the class size, how I feel about the coaches, and I how I fit in with the players. I also want to know if I work hard, do I have a good opportunity to get a degree? Those are the things I will be comparing to OSU."
Rogers will be taking in his trip solo, as he did with his Oklahoma State visit.
"I do not think anyone is coming with me. Nobody came with me to OSU either. I do not know. It is all up to me."
