Skinner to visit after all

The 6' 1", 230 pound Noxubee County defender has gone back and forth on where he will visit this weekend. It started with Mississippi State before he decided on Auburn. After talking with the MSU staff; they wanted him to come in the last weekend of January.

This was the date he was supposed to visit Ole Miss so Skinner cancelled the Mississippi visit and put MSU in its place and added Auburn for this weekend.

Those plans have chanced once again.

"I am going to Ole Miss this weekend (laugh)," added Deontae Skinner. "It has been kind of crazy over the last few days."

What about Auburn?

"I doubt I am going to be able to make it over there. I have run out of weekends."

Why did Deontae cancel his Auburn visit and put Ole Miss in its place?

"Because Ole Miss has been with me the longest. Me and Pat (Patterson) are gong to go over there for the weekend and check it out."

Who ever Skinner visits; they will have to overcome the Dogs.

"I am still committed to MSU, and somebody is going to have to show me that they have more to offer than they do for me to change my mind. I am still solid with MSU."

Skinner had a banner season as he racked up 134 tackles, 21 for loss, 11 sacks, and 19 QB hurries.
