It's a week unlike any other.

To conclude each regular season, Ole Miss and Mississippi State meet in a battle for the coveted Egg Bowl trophy in one of the nation's most played rivalries.

And custom to previous years, Saturday in Starkville won't come without significance, as the Rebels are looking for back-to-back series wins and a major bowl bid come the 106th meeting between the teams.

Speaking with the media inside the team meeting room of the IPF Monday, head coach Houston Nutt talked of the annual matchup that will be broadcast at 11 a.m. on the SEC Network.

Shortly following Nutt at the podium, junior quarterback Jevan Snead and junior defensive end Kentrell Lockett also chimed in with their thoughts on the Bulldogs.
