Kennedy: 'Every game has a lot of magnitude'

Following an 85-75 disappointment at the hands of No. 3 Kentucky Tuesday, Ole Miss returned home in the midst of a two-game losing streak.

In the loss, Ole Miss trailed by a significant margin on numerous occasions, only to battle back within striking distance. Even better, Terrico White had one of his better performances of the season in Lexington. He took the team on his shoulders early in the second half, and trimmed the score to three points with 13 minutes remaining in regulation.

But despite their best efforts, the Rebels fell to 16-6 overall and 4-4 in conference play. Now a home date with Alabama is up next, with Saturday the closest to a must-win as Ole Miss has faced in 2010.

Speaking with the media Thursday, head coach Andy Kennedy talked of the Crimson Tide and also of the second half of the conference season.
