The opening line of 16.5 earlier this week has ticked higher -- Oregon State is now an 18 - 18.5 underdog to Boise according to a number Vegas lines as of Saturday morning.
Interestingly, the Beavs were an 18.5 favorite in their last game, against Louisville. The home team, OSU, failed to cover in that game, winning by a touchdown.
This season the Beavs are 1-1 against the spread.
Oregon State leads 4-2, 0-2 in Boise
BOISE STATE 2-4 All-TIME AGAINST OREGON STATE: Boise
State's game against Oregon State on Sept. 25 will mark the
seventh meeting between the two programs. The Broncos
enter the game with a 2-4 all-time record against the Beavers,
with their most recent win coming at home in 2006 (42-14).
The two teams fi rst squared off in 1986 in Corvallis, Ore., in a
game that Oregon State would win 34-3. The Beavers won the
fi rst three games of the series. Boise State won its fi rst game
of the series in 2004 with a 53-34 win at home. The Broncos
have been successful at home against Oregon State, boasting
a 2-1 record.
BRONCOS 4-11 ALL-TIME AGAINST PAC-10 CONFERENCE
TEAMS: Boise State will look to build upon its recent success
against Pac-10 Conference opponents are the Broncos
have won four of their last six meets against teams from
the conference. Despite boasting just a 4-11 record all-time
against teams from the Pac-10, Boise State has been on a roll
since 2004. With their fi rst meeting against a Pac-10 opponent
coming in 1986 (at Oregon State; L 3-34), the Broncos would
lose their fi rst nine games against teams from the conference.

Despite starting 0-2 at home against the Pac-10 prior to joining
the WAC, Boise State has improved its all-time record against
Pac-10 opponents to 3-2 in Bronco Stadium. Thanks to a pair
of wins at home against Oregon State in 2004 (53-34) and
2006 (42-14), the Broncos evened their record to .500 against
teams from the Pac-10 in Boise. A 19-8 win over Oregon in the
2009 home opener gave Boise State a 3-2 advantage of Pac-
