WEATHERLINE: Oregon State at Boise State

OREGON STATE opened as a 16.5 point underdog to Boise State at the start of the game. Headed into the game today, Vegas has shifted that line a bit. But up or down? Meanwhile, a nighttime game in the fall, in Boise, can be a cold place. But tonight's tilt will feel more like summer.
