ESPN's Mel Kiper sees Brandin Cooks going No. 22 to Philadelphia and Chip Kelly and the second Pac-12 player taked (A. Barr, 11).
ESPN's Todd McShay sees the New York Jets picking Cooks with the No. 18 choice and the first Pac-12 player selected.
Kiper sees Cooks as the 14th best prospect overall, tops among all Pac-12 players in the draft.
Rob Rang of CBS Sports and NFL Draft Scout has Brandin Cooks going with the 22nd pick to Philadelphia, as do fellow analysts Pete Prisco and Pat Kirwan. Meanwhile, Will Brinson projects Kansas City trading up to No. 19 (Miami) to get Cooks.
But Cooks, the 2013 Biletnikoff Award winner as the nation's best receiver, said he's been getting the sense from teams that he might well go in the top 15 and that the Jets, and other teams, may need to trade up to get him.
The first round of the NFL Draft starts Thursday. The second and third rounds are Friday, and the final four rounds take place over Saturday.
