Oregon State was a double-digit underdog in all three games.
Oregon State is a 14-point underdog at Michigan on Sept. 12.
The Beavs are a 16-point underdog at Utah on Halloween.
And OSU is pegged a 22.5-point underdog at Oregon in the Civil War.
Michigan finished 5-7 last year despite 15 returning starters. But they could be the most talked about team in college football in 2015 with Jim Harbaugh coming on board. Phil Steele picks them to finish fourth in the Big 10 East and to go bowling.
Utah was 9-4 last season. Steele predicts them to finish fourth in the Pac-12 South and to play in the Sun Bowl.
Oregon went 13-2 last year but Steele says there are a lot of indicators pointing to a lesser finish in 2015. He predicts they will play in the Alamo Bowl.
