QUARTERBACK (Need 1/Have 1)
The Beavers have a solid commitment from Napa (Califorinia) Justin-Siena quarterback Aidan Willard. They will only take one quarterback in this class and are full.
RUNNING BACK: (Need 2/Have 2)
The Beavers are happy with their two running back commits. Miller is still taking visits, so the coaches will keep their foot in the door of prospects such as Cole Dubots.
OFFENSIVE LINE: (Need 4/Have 2)
WIDE RECEIVER: (Need 4/Have 3)
The Beavers have a solid crew of receivers already committed, but would definitely like to add a taller, stretch the field type player to the mix. They would also make room for Calvin, Thompson or Hodgins should they choose to commit.
TIGHT END: (Need 1/Have 0)
I expect to see a few new targets surface as the 2016 season unfolds.
DEFENSIVE LINE: (Need 2/Have 1--Bowcut is mission bound)
A big defensive tackle is needed in this class to fill the shoes of Noke Tago.
LINEBACKER: (Need 1/Have 1)
Commits: David Morris
After last year's haul at linebacker/defensive end, Morris is the guy the Beavers wanted and they landed him.
SAFETY: (Need 2/Have 0)
Defensive back and offensive line are the two positions of need for the 2017 class. Watson will visit in two weeks, but the WSU commit may be tough to flip.
CORNERBACK: (Need 3/Have 2)
The coaches have picked up two under the radar guys in Hayes and Gardner, but a third cornerback would be big. Venable is a WSU commit, but is visiting in two weeks, and Manning, a former UCLA commit has the Beavers on his short list.
