Beavers lead for SoCal Lineman

The Arizona Wildcats have been a strong leader for South Pasadena (Calif.) defensive lineman Daniel Zynn for the past few months. After receiving a new offer from one of the Northwest schools, Zynn has changed his tune.

"Oregon State is my new leader," Zynn said. "It's taking Arizona a long time to offer me so they're starting to slip. Oregon State just offered me as an offensive lineman which is kind of cool because I like offense as well as defense. "Arizona State is right there too. They've been giving me a lot of attention lately and I still need to send them my tape but when I do, they might offer as well. A lot could change but that's where things are at right now." Zynn said he's going to set up a visit with Oregon State for the first weekend of December and he's also heard recently from Miami. "That was really cool because I've always liked Miami," Zynn added. "I'm still waiting for more schools to call me. I'm just getting a lot of letters right now but I need some phone calls to start coming my way or I'm going to start dropping some schools."
