It has been a long recruiting process for Sacramento (Calif.) Inderkum safety Trajon Cotton. The number three rated safety in California has been methodical throughout the process, but on Sunday, three days before National Signing Day, Cotton made his commitment.
The Beavers made up a lot of ground in January. Cotton visited Corvallis in mid-January and came away impressed.
“I loved everything about my visit. It is exactly like what everyone says when they say it’s a college town, it really is. Everything is just right there next to the campus, like the dorms, the apartments, the hotel was right there looking at the stadium. Everything is built around the campus, which I really liked,” Cotton told BeaverBlitz.
At Oregon State, Cotton will be joining several of his TMP Elite 7-on-7 teammates including Aidan Willard and Isaiah Hodgins.
