1998...Bryan Jones and Brian Rogers

Linebackers Bryan Jones and Brian Rogers are just two of the many outstanding linebackers to have played at OSU. Jones and Rogers were fast, athletic and earned postseason honors while in Corvallis.

Bryan is ready for some big time postseason honors as a senior after earing honorable mention All-Pac-10 honrs two years in a row.

He enters his senior year having started 23 straight games and playing in 33. He has produced 556 career defensive points, including 97 solo tackles, 43 assisted tackles, 7.5 quarterback sacks, 17.5 tackles for loss, 14 broken up passes, and one interception.

Hgt: 6-3 :: Wgt: 237 :: Class: SR

Brian enters his senior year having started 32 of the 33 games he has played in for Oregon State, including a current streak of 19 straight.

This will be Brian's fourth year as a starter and he will also be a team co-captain in 1998. He has scored 594 defensive points in three years.

He will be the Beavers' starting strong linebacker in 1998 and is a strong candidate for all-star honors.
