Boise State Caravan

Just finished repairing the mounting on the light bar and cleaning up the wiring to it. The van is ready to go and I'm sure the neighbors will be glad to see it go. My neighbor's wife came out and saw the mannequin on top of the van and said it literally made her jump.

Now that's funny stuff.

We're leaving Clackamas on Friday morning. Rubber meets road at 7 a.m. sharp. Unfortunately the poor 5.2L motor does about 70 unless I let it constantly kick out of OD to get a run at it. We're expecting to chug along close to the speed limit.

Extremely uncharacteristic of myself.

We will be stopping at Cousin's Restaurant in The Dalles along 84 at about 8:30 and anticipate hitting the road again at about 9:30.. stopping again in Pendleton noonish to refuel and grab caffeinated beverages and let the women hit the restrooms. WE figure on one additional restroom stop for the women as well.

Arrive in Boise at about 5 p.m. give or take a half hour. has graciously offered us a parking pass and extended an invitation to their tailgater. We plan to thank them by mercilessly thumping them in NCAA football 2005 on the PS2.

LOL. If you would like to join the BeaverMobile caravan, feel free to e-mail me so I know you are coming.
