Toeaina to Oregon State caught up with Albert Toeaina this afternoon, the 6-5, 325-pound offensive lineman from Pittsburg, California and this is what Albert had to say about the official visits he's been taking after making a verbal commitment to the University of Washington.

"Well, I've decommitted from Washington and I'm now committed to Oregon State," Albert said. "Really, it came down to the coaches. The Oregon State coaches have the background to get me where I need to go. Not that Coach Neuheisel couldn't do that, but they all are from the NFL and they know how to get me there. That, and my parents really liked the coaches too. It's not just my decision, it's a family decision." Albert visited Corvallis the weekend of the 11th.

Albert isn't sure that's going to be his final pick, either. "I really don't know right now," he said. "The Washington and Oregon coaches keep calling me. They want to come to my house. I just might let them, but I'm not sure. I have to think about it." He said he didn't expect to have any in-home visits this week.

He also said that he took his visit to Utah this weekend for fun. "I liked it out there," he said. "I just wanted to take that visit, no other reason."
