These are the prospects that went under the radar. A few years in the system and some of these athletes will be big contributes. Mike Riley is great a picking out these type of athletes.
LB Devin Unga - Physically developed all-league player who was called a good receiver and blocker by the coaches. Has decent speed. Unfortunately fans will have to wait two years before Unga sets foot in Corvallis.
ATH Kevin Unga - Just like his brother he is tough player with solid fundamentals. A contributor on special teams before moving into the rotation, but may not arrive in the Mid Valley until his mission is over.
LB Mana Lolotai - Blue collar, hard hitting player who will be a special team's standout and eventually move into the two deep rotation.
S Suaesi Tuimaunei - This hard hitting safety reminds one of Al Afalava, but Beaver fans will have to wait a year before he gets on the field due to his mission. A difference maker on special teams and will make the receivers think twice when his territory.
OL Ryan Pohl - Nimble footed linemen who projects at tackle. Missed much of his senior season due to an injury but was still named third team all-state. Loves to hit.
OL Mau Nomani - A good blend of size and speed who is a good student on and off the field. Fits perfectly into OSU's sleek and aggressive offensive line program.
TE/WR Joe Halahuni - This 2A Washington Offensive Player of the Year still has a lot of room to grow. He has excellent hands and athleticism enabling him to play at running back, H-back or even strong safety.
