EPSN announced this week that ESPN2 will televise the Sept. 7 game versus Boise State. In order to get proper rest in between the first and second games of the season, the 2006 home opener against Eastern Washington has been moved to Thursday, August 31. It is tentatively scheduled for 7 p.m.
ESPN is also considering televising the contest between Oregon State and Hawaii on December 2.
In other news, offensive line coach Mike Cavanaugh is the scheduled guest speaker for the Albany Beaver Huddle meeting on Monday, February 27.
