It's official - Locey heading to Oregon State
In one of the world's worst-kept secrets, it was announced on Wednesday that Jay Locey, who led Linfield College to the NCAA Division III national football title and six Northwest Conference titles, is leaving the college to accept a position at Oregon State University. In yet another new start in an ongoing football saga, Charles Burnley has joined the Pierce College team under new coach Kevin Moore.

Burnley was among California's top recruits as a running back at Valencia High in 2002.
