Terrell Thomas Narrowing Things Down

Terrell Thomas, a 6-0, 180 pound defensive back from Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) has lined up four of his official visits as well as three in-home visits. Find out what schools are on his list.

Thomas had a huge senior year putting up big numbers on both sides of the ball. He rushed for 1,250 yards and 15 touchdowns. Caught passes for another 300 yards and five touchdowns, added 750 yards on kick and punt returns and had 115 tackles on defense.

"I'm being recruited as a free safety as well as a corner," Thomas said. "I'll play either spot, it doesn't matter to me. I played free safety this year but I don't have a preference."

Thomas will take his first visit to Washington State (Dec. 13), followed by Washington (Dec. 20), USC (Jan. 10) and Boise State (Jan. 17). He also has an in-home visit with USC tomorrow (Dec. 2), Washington State (Dec. 3) and Washington (Dec. 3).

"USC is probably my leader but I want to take at least my first two trips in December before making my decision," Thomas said. "I'm very interested in both Washington schools and I don't feel I could make a decision without seeing what each school has to offer.

"Boise State is a program that I like because I have a friend there and it has a small town atmosphere that kind of appeals to me. If something were to happen with one of my top three schools, Boise State would be a good backup plan to have."
