Last time Oregon State and UCLA met...
Sept. 29, 2007 in Corvalllis - UCLA 40, Oregon State 14
UCLA and Oregon State met at Corvallis and the Bruins extended their record to 4-1 with a 40-14 win.

OSU jumped out to an early 14-0 lead and still held a 14-12 advantage into the fourth quarter. But aided by two muffed kickoff returns by Oregon State and a blocked punt, UCLA rattled off 28 points in a seven-minute span late in the game to grab the win.

For UCLA, QB Ben Olson passed for two TDs and RB Kahlil Bell rushed for two scores and the Bruin defense limited OSU to 248 yards total offense.

One of the Beaver TDs came on a 33-yard fumble recovery by FS Al Afalava ... more from BF.com

Last time Oregon State played in Pasadena...
Nov. 11, 2006 - UCLA 25, Oregon State 7
UCLA and Oregon State met late in the year at the Rose Bowl with the Beavers riding a four-game winning streak and the Bruins having lost four in a row.

UCLA rode an opportunistic defense, four field goals by Justin Medlock and two TD passes from QB Pat Cowan to SE Marcus Everett to a 25-7 win.

In what was primarily a defensive struggle (total offense 262 for UCLA, 260 for OSU), it was the Bruin defense that made the big plays, forcing four Beaver fumbles and piling up five QB sacks ... more from BF.com

Last time UCLA played...
Oct. 25, 2008 in Berkeley - California 41, UCLA 20
What'd you expect? The vastly under-talented and inexperienced Bruins at least hung in for three quarters, but then it got away from them in the fourth quarter when Cal rattled off 24 straight points to win, 41-20.

The game plan for UCLA this season is to, somehow, stay in the game with better teams until the fourth quarter and see if they can steal one ... more from the BruinReportOnline.com.

Last time Oregon State played...
Nov. 1, 2008 in Corvallis - Oregon State 27, Arizona State 25
OREGON STATE MADE the other guy blink first this time. The Beavs' starting quarterback was knocked out of the game in the first half. ASU took the lead -- and the momentum -- in the third quarter. Oregon State's response? Roger that. Or more accurately, Rodgers that -- as in Jacquizz and James. That left it to Victor Butler and the OSU D to stamp out ASU's final hopes in the 27-25 win.

Not another Utah. It couldn't happen twice. Could it? ... more from BF.com
