Tucson athlete earns OSU offer

THE BEAVS UNDER Mike Riley over the years have had a strong recruiting presence in Arizona and this recruiting class is shaping up the same way, Canyon del Oro's Josh Robbins earned his sixth offer recently, and second from the Pac 10.

S/WR Josh Robbins from Canyon del Oro High has informed Scout.com that he has received a new offer, his sixth.

Said Robbins; "I got an offer letter from Oregon State."

"I haven't talked to the coaches much, I just know they are a great school and have a great program," he added.

Robbins also has offers from Arizona, Utah, UNLV, San Diego State and Colorado.

Robbins (6-3 195) was named first team all region on both sides of the ball as a junior.

He caught 31 passes for 555 yards and 5 scores on offense and made 40 tackles and 4 INTs from his safety spot.
