Thomas Huff Makes His Decision

Thomas Huff, a 6-3, 200 pound athlete from Phoenix (Ariz.) Camelback visited Utah and Oregon State the past two weekends and made his college choice earlier today.

"I'm going to Utah," Huff said. "I liked both schools but I just felt there were more positives for me at Utah. It's a nice environment, I like the offense a lot, the coaches were great and it's a little closer to home. They're bringing me in as a receiver and I'm excited about my decision."

Huff excelled at both receiver and defensive back this past season and is one of the most athletic players on the West Coast. He's also a talented track athlete and a state hurdles champion. He has jumped 47 feet in the triple jump and a 23 feett long jump.

"He out-physicals most players," Camelback head coach Darryl Phillips said in a previous interview. "He's just better than most players at this level and in college I expect it's going to be a lot more of the same."
