THE SERIES
UW leads 57-32-4, 18-8 in Corvallis

Washington and Oregon State have met 93 times dating to 1897 with the Huskies leading the old Pacific Northwest rivalry 57-32-4.  The uneven margin is largely fueled by the Dawgs winning 25 of 27 games from 1975-2003.

In 26 games in Corvallis, UW leads 18-8. The Beavers won the first meeting 16-0 at home.

The series against the Beavers is the second longest active series in Washington football history in terms of years and third longest in terms of total meetings.

The Beavers have turned around a lopsided stretch by winning the last five games, a first in the Beaver-Husky series, and six of the last eight.   Four of the five wins have come on the road in Husky Stadium.

Oregon State won the last matchup in Corvallis, a 29-23 tilt.  The last Husky victory in Reser Stadium was in 2003 (38-17).

Coach Mike Riley is 5-3 against Washington.
