BF.C Offer Tables: Line up

THE BIGGEST AMOUNT of movement in the BF.C Offer Tables this go-around is found on offense, and especially on the offensive line. Meanwhile, the defensive line numbers continues to lead the way. With the May Evaluation period complete, and Beaver assistants bringing back truckloads of tape for head man Mike Riley to decide upon, OSU has now pushed past 60 in terms of known offers.

Oregon State now has 35 known offers out on the offensive side of the ball, with 28 extended to defensive prospects.

ON OFFENSE, beef is the early priority, with 12 scholies extended to offensive linemen, with the tackles leading the way.

Wide receiver is also a focus, with 11 black and orange offers made.

DEFENSIVELY, IT'S A similar story -- the line is where it's at.

Out of 28 total offers, a whopping 17 have been made to players projected by Scout as d-linemen, with eight defensive ends and nine defensive tackles.

OREGON STATE'S 63 known offers here in mid-June, as was the 54 offers out on the table in mid-May, is believed to be a program high.

More than half, 33, of the known offers are to California prospects.

Mark Banker's recruiting territory is Hawaii and the San Fernando Valley, Danny Langsdorf recruits Washington, Oklahoma, Idaho and Montana. Joe Seumalo recruits San Jose and the Inland Empire. Mike Cavanaugh handles Arizona and the Palm Desert region of California. Jay Locey's recruiting areas are Oregon and Northern California. Bruce Read is in the Bay Area and Pasadena.
