Ducks Cruising at Half 35-0

Boulder -- The Oregon Ducks is in complete control 35-0 at halftime against the Colorado Buffaloes. Oregon's Kenjon Barner broke off an 84-yard touchdown run in the first half to highlight the Oregon scoring.

Kenjon Barner had 105 yards of rushing on nine carries and two touchdowns.

Bryan Bennett making his first career start was 8-for-16, 120 yards passing and two touchdowns. Bennett also rushed for 71 yards. Bennett's first scoring passing went to DeAnthony Thomas on a 14-yard play. Later in the first quarter Bennett found David Paulson for 31-yard score.

In the second quarter Oregon linebacker Michael Clay picked off Colorado's Tyler Hansen and returned the 32 yards for a touchdown.

Punter Jackson Rice got into the scoring column by converting the first point after by running ball into the endzone.

Oregon had a total of 358 yards of offense to Colorado's 144. Penalties haunted the Buffaloes in the first half as they were flagged nine times to Oregon's three.
