Oregon 15-10 at the Half

Eugene -- Oregon holds onto a 15-10 lead at halftime in a game that saw one offensive touchdown, one defensive touchdown, one special teams touchdown and a field goal.

Washington State received the opening kickoff but went three and out on the first possession. The Ducks' Avery Patterson blocked punter Dan Wagner's punt and Bokombo Lokombo ran the ball in 25 yards for the touchdown. Oregon snapped the point after to Jackson Rice who flip the ball to Alejandro Maldando for the 2-poiont conversion making the score 8-0.

WSU moved the ball to Oregon's 29 just after the start of the second quarter but was stopped where Andrew Furney kicked a 40-yard field goal to cut Oregon's lead to 8-3.

Eddie Pleasant interception was aided by a 15-yard personal foul and the ball was spotted on the Oregon 42. After two snaps and on third and six, Darron Thomas scrambled right and threw on the run hitting Tuinei for a 53-yard TD pass. Maldando kicked the PAT and it was Oregon 15-3.

Washington State scored on a 76-yard interception and return by Damante Horton. The PAT good making the score Oregon 15 WSU 10.

Thomas was 8-for-13, 152 yards including one touchdown and an interception. Lobbestael was 15-for-30, 167 yards and two interceptions.
