Ducks Seek Win #18 on Saturday

The Oregon Ducks (17-7, 8-4) seeks a season sweep of the Washington State Cougars (13-11, 5-7) on Saturday afternoon at Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene with tipoff scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time. Oregon had an impressive win on Thursday night against the conference leader, Washington in a 82-57 win in a game led by junior Carlos Emory's career high 16 points.

Meanwhile Washington State beat Oregon State on Thursday, 83-73.

The Ducks maintain a 160-123 advantage in the series history with Washington State, including wins in the last two meetings.

Oregon won the conference opener this season against WSU 92-75. Last year the Ducks beat the Cougars 69-43 at home.

So far this season Oregon has a better scoring average per game than WSU (70.3-66.4) and a better field goal percentage (.451-.425) 3-point shooting percentage (.366-.336) and 3-point shots made per game (6.9-6.0).

Oregon is led in scoring by Devoe Joseph at 15.7 ppg while Brock Motum paces the Cougars 17.5 ppg.
