Women Ducks No. in First Poll

According to a media release from the University of Oregon Athletic Department the USTFCCCA ranked the Oregon's women's track team as the No. 1 in the first outdoor season poll of the year. Oregon's men were ranked No. 16.

According to the media release the top five women's teams were the Ducks, Louisiana State, Pac-12 rival USC, Clemson and Arkansas. Texas A&M, which visits for the Pepsi meet on April 7, was No. 7. Other Pac-12 teams in the women's poll included No. 17 Arizona State No. 18 Arizona and No. 21 Stanford.

In the men's poll, the top five was Florida, Florida State, LSU, Texas Tech and Arkansas.

The Aggies were No. 6 in the men's poll. Other Pac-12 schools in the rankings were No. 11 Arizona, No. 13 USC, No. 17 Stanford and No. 20 ASU.

Oregon will host the inagural Pac-12 Championships May 12-13 at Historic Hayward Field.
