It is early may and so far the Oregon Ducks have two verbal commitments and have reportedly extended between 25 and 30 offers to prospective student-athletes.

Last week Oregon concluded its annual 15-session spring work out culminating with the spring game. After the game, Evan Voeller committed to the Ducks. Long thought to be a strong lean to Oregon, Voeller is a four-star offensive lineman from West Linn HS. Voeller joins five star running back Thomas Tyner as the two Oregon verbal commits.'s Chris Courtney reports that Fountain Valley (Calif.) HS offensive/defensive lineman, J.D. Linnant, 6-5, 260, has "very high" interest in Oregon. Linnant has been offered a scholarship to Oregon. He also has offers from Arizona State, California, Duke, Nebraska, Oregon State, San Diego State, Washington and Washington State. A 2014 prospect, Malcom Bowman told Fox Sports' Britton Lynn, mentioned that Oregon, among other programs have already been in contact with him. Bowman is a 5-10, 178 pound running back from St. Mark's School of Texas in Dallas.

Inna Lazarev of FoxSportsNext, indicates in a report entitled Otomewo's Standouts that Jayme Otomewo told her that Oregon is showing a lot of interest in him. Otomewo, 6-2, 190, is a safety and is rated three-stars by

Another 2014 player, wide receiver Corey Holmes, 6-0 180, Fort Lauderdale (FL) St. Thomas Aquinas HS, is hearing from the Ducks as reported by Jason Higdon in story called, Corey Holmes One to Watch for 2014.

With spring works completed the Oregon coaches are on the road. Jake Worthen filed a reported Koehler Taking it Slow that Reeve Koehler has been visited by Oregon offensive line coach Steve Greatwood.
