"It's scheduled for Wednesday next week," Bierria said.
Bierria said that Oregon was keeping tabs on him before his senior season, but were quiet up until recently.
"They were talking to me all summer," Bierria said. "Then last week they actually told me they want me at the University of Oregon."
Favoring Oregon State at the moment, Bierria said he thinks that he will pick up an offer from Oregon on the trip. Before he travels to Eugene, he expects Oregon coaches to visit him at his home early next week.
"Either Monday or Tuesday they'll come in for an in home," Bierria said.
The Ducks have been targeting a number of linebacker prospects in the last couple of months, picking up two verbal commitments in junior college transfer Joe Walker and Danny Mattingly. With Anthony Wallace announcing that he will transfer away from the program, Bierria becomes another target that could potentially add some needed depth.
Bierria also spoke highly of the man recruiting him from the University of Oregon, linebackers coach Don Pellum.
"Coach Pellum is a great coach," Bierria said. "He's very funny, he actually keeps it real with us."
