Looking at Oregon's Visitors For The Weekend

It's the final week before signing day and Oregon will be hosting at least three players this weekend in an attempt to fill out their recruiting class for 2013. After a lull in recruiting for most of January, the Ducks have accumulated four verbal commitments in the past week. Who could be next?

Davin Bellamy — As reported by Chad Simmons, Bellamy decommitted from Florida State this week and is favoring Georgia and Tennessee. But, Bellamy will be in Eugene this weekend and says the Ducks "have a shot". He picked up an offer earlier this week, and the Ducks are currently without a defensive end commit in the class. Could the 6-5, 225 pound four-star, Bellamy be the first one?

Kani Benoit — As reported by Jason Jewell, Benoit is a backup plan for Oregon, likely for Dontre Wilson, the Oregon running back commit who is seemingly on the fence currently on whether he will say. Benoit is talented and is currently verbally committed to UNLV.

Johnny Ragin — The feel good story for Oregon fans. Ragin is a local athlete from Wilsonville, located about 90 miles down the road from Eugene. Ragin was verbally committed to BYU, but flipped to Cal on Jan. 23. In the coming days, Oregon pursued him aggressively and offered him after an in-home visit. Growing up an Oregon fan, Ragin still says he is committed to Cal according to an article by Jake Worthen. But, can the Ducks take advantage and pluck one of the more talented athletes in the Oregon area?
