"My latest offer was, as a matter of fact, Utah State," Harvey said.
As he continues to put in hard work, the 6-foot-1, 175-pound athlete's his efforts are getting him noticed from other top schools, and he believes he could be close to more offers.
"He was just talking to me about how I could go up there and make an impact," Harvey said. "He wants me to play corner. They like me at wide receiver too, but they want me to play defense."
Though Harvey admitted his heart is at the wide receiver position if he had to choose, he said he continue will make plays wherever he is at on the field.
"I told them I really don't mind," Harvey said. "I'm a playmaker, I'll make it happen."
Though Harvey won't be participating at camps for weeks, he said he is planning to visit Washington in two weeks with his teammate at El Cerrito, linebacker prospect Derik Calhoun.
