Oregon-Virginia Game to Kickoff at 12:30 p.m.

The Oregon Ducks will play the Virginia Cavaliers on Sept. 7, 2013 and the game will be televised on ESPN2 with kickoff scheduled for 12:30 p.m. PDT according to media release from the University of Oregon Athletic Department on Thursday.

The contest marks the first meeting between the University of Virginia and Oregon in football. It is also the first meeting Oregon has had with an Atlantic Coast Conference opponent in regular season since playing Miami in 1958. Oregon faced Wake Forest in two post-season bowls, first in 1992 in the Independence Bowl then in 2002 in the Seattle Bowl.

Virginia is scheduled to return the trip to Eugene Sept. 10, 2016.

Oregon also announced the addition of three first-time opponents to future football schedules over the next five seasons, with the agreement to host the University of South Dakota completing the Ducks' 2014 non-conference schedule.

The Coyotes will travel to Eugene for a game slated for Aug. 30, with that contest completing the Ducks' 2014 non-conference schedule that includes home games against Wyoming (Sept. 6) and Michigan State (Sept. 13).

In addition, Oregon announced single-game agreements to host UC Davis in Autzen Stadium in 2016 and Southern Utah to open the 2017 ledger.

UC Davis will play in Eugene on Sept. 3, 2016. The Aggies are coached by former Oregon defensive back and graduate assistant coach Ron Gould.

The Ducks will host Southern Utah on Sept. 2, 2017 before traveling to Wyoming on Sept. 16.

Oregon has one game remaining to schedule in both 2016 and 2017.

The school's future schedules also include home-and-home series with Texas A&M in 2018/2019 and Ohio State in 2020/2021.

The Pac-12 Conference is expected release start times for this season's August and September home games after June 1, which should include the Ducks' home games vs. Nicholls State (Aug. 31), Tennessee (Sept. 14) and California (Sept. 28).
