Repeats as Conference Player of the Week

The Pac-12 Conference for the second consecutive week has named Oregon sophomore quarterback Marcus Mariota as its Offensive Player of the Week. Mariota, earlier on Tuesday was also named the Davey O'Brien Quarterback of the Week for his performance against Washington last Saturday in Oregon's 45-24 win at Husky Stadium.

Marcus Mariota played nearly the entire game for the first time this season against the Huskies and racked up 366 yards of passing on 24-of-31 tries and threw for three touchdowns in the Ducks commanding win over Washington. The 45-24 win marked the tenth straight time Oregon has beaten Washington and all wins have been at least double-digit margins.

Mariota was also the Pac-12 Conference Offensive Player of the Week last week.

So far this season Mariota has not thrown an interception or recorded any fumbles.
