GALLERY: Oregon Turns Arizona on its Head

Oregon took charge from the outset and thoroughly dominated the Arizona Wildcats, exacting a full measure of revenge and capturing the 2014 PAC-12 championship. After a pair of field goals in the first quarter, Marcus Mariota took full control of the game, running the Ducks' offense including running his own TDs. Oregon's defense was the best it's been, shutting down the potent Arizona runners.

This win was significant, as Oregon showed its full potential on both sides of the ball, against an Arizona team that had beaten the Ducks in two consecutive games, and had captured the Southern Division title. Scoring nearly at will and completely stopping the Wildcats' offense proved the Ducks as an outstanding team with momentum heading into the BCS Championship playoffs. Oregon's positive trajectory continues, and carries them to the Rose Bowl on January 1, 2015.
