Oregon Holds 18-13 Lead at the Half

PASADENA – The Oregon Ducks hold an 18-13 lead over Florida State in the 101st Rose Bowl game. Oregon running back Royce Freeman and Thomas Tyner have both scored on 1-yard touchdown runs.

Oregon’s Marcus Mariota has thrown for 157 yards and 18-of-26 passing and gave up an interception with 16 seconds left in the half.

Florida State QB Jameis Winston has thrown for 136 yards on 13-of-21 passing.

FSU sole TD came on a 10-yard run by Karlos Williams.

Field goal kicking has played a role for both teams in the first half. FSU’s Roberto Aguayo has booted two from 28 and 26 yards out. Meanwhile, Aidan Schneider was good on one attempt from 28-yards out.

Over all Oregon has 286 yards of total offense (129 rushing and 157 passing). FSU has 273 total yards (137 rushing and 136 passing).

FSU will receive the kickoff to start the third quarter.
