USC was 47 percent in FG shooting on 31-66 but were only 4-18 in 3-point shooting and were 9-of-13 in free throws.

Oregon had 33 rebounds to USC's 30, but had one more turnover (14) to USC's 13.

For most of the game the Ducks held a double digit lead, however in the last seven minutes of teh game, the turn over bug struck the Ducks. Young turned the ball over four times, including two critical turnovers in the last two minutes. USC was trailing 70-58, but because of sloppy ball handling and a ball-hwaking defense by USC, the Trojans cut Oregon's lead to 76-73 with only 20 seconds left in the game.

Oregon regained it's composure in the last 20 seconds by hitting four straight free throws (two by Young and two by Cook) and played good enough defense to cause USC to take hurried shots that the Ducks were able to corral.

UCLA is up next on Saturday at 12 noon. The game will be carried live on Fox.
