Ducks Drop the Lead in 6-5 Loss to Stanford

Oregon's 4-run 4th inning was just enough to win the day on Saturday, after a late inning threat from the Cardinal, and came away with a 4-3 win. The tables turned on Sunday, as Stanford came from behind to beat the Ducks 6-5. Once again Oregon left several on base in scoring position, and came up short in their attempt to sweep the series.

Oregon reliever Stephen Nogosek allowed two runs in the eigth inning and closer Garrett Clevinger let in two more in the ninth, which was enough to best the Ducks' three-run lead.
