Oregon gave up 431 total yards to Georgia State on Saturday, 318 yards though the air. The Panthers scored three touchdowns through the air.
GSU's longest pass play was good for 75 yards. At times it appeared the Ducks had settled down and found the right combinations to slow down the GSU passing attack yet at other times, Oregon struggled.
The Oregon coaches had hoped that the GSU game would be a turn-around game for the defense that has struggled in the first three games against passing attacks.
Oregon opens the Pac-12 Conference season next week against Utah at Autzen Stadium.
