Oregon meets Air Raid WSU and the Duck defense must be prepared.

The Oregon Ducks (3-2, 1-1) face the Washington State Cougars (2-2, 0-1) at Autzen Stadium this Saturday with kickoff scheduled for 3 p.m.Pacific. The Ducks rebounded last Saturday by beating Colorado 41-24. The Cougars however, fell to Cal in a tightly fought battle 34-28.

WSU's Air Raid attack is a major concern for the Oregon Ducks. So far this season, the Ducks have given up 287.2 ypg in passing yardage and this week the Cougars come to town averaging 369.2 ypg.

Last week the Ducks showed improvement in the pass rush by recording five sacks. Each week the Ducks secondary has steadily improved, but this will be a big challenge to keep Cougar quarterback Luke Falk from having a huge day and spoil the day for the Ducks.

On Tuesday, Oregon's Mark Helfrich held his weekly media conference and addressed what the Duck defense must do against the pass-happy Cougars.
