Oregon travels to Washington this weekend. What will each offense do this week?

Oregon travels to Washington this weekend when the Ducks take on the Huskies at Husky Stadium with a 7:30 p.m. (Pacific) kickoff. The game will be carried on ESPN2. Dawgman.com and eDuck.com take a look at the respective offenses and what can be expected this Saturday.

Oregon has relied on the running game (318.7 ypg, 210.0 passing) while the Huskies have struggled in the offensive attack (232.0 ypg passing, 112.6 rushing).

Royce Freeman is the conference's leading rusher at 143.2 ypg and nine touchdowns and is the arrowhead of the Ducks offensive game. Taj Griffin is averaging 75.6 ypg and two TDs, whille quarterbacks  Jeff Lockie and Taylor Allie have struggled throwing the ball but had been able to run. Alie is the team's third leading rusher at 23.7 ypg but does have two TDs including an 87 yard TD run. Lockie averages 21.8 ypg rushing and has a long run of 35 yards.

If Vernon Adams plays, that could improve the Ducks' passing game. Adams has played in three games this season and is averaging 197.3 ypg passing and four TDs. Lockie is averaging 108.0 ypg passing and five TDs and Alie is averaging 16 ypg with one TD pass. Bralon Addison is Oregon's leading receiver at 47.8 ypg and three TDs.

Washington's freshman quarterback Jake Browning is averaging 226.6 ypg passing with five TDs. 

Myles Gaskin is the leading Husky rusher at 68.6 ypg and four TDs with a long run of 68 yards. Dwayne Washington is averaging 30.6 ypg with three TDs.

Washington is also the leading receiver at 48 ypg and two scores.
