SEATTLE, WASH. – Vernon Adams, playing his first game in a month has thrown for 202 yards and a touchdown as the Oregon Ducks ended the first half against Washington leading 16-0. Adams hooked up with Darren Carrington on a 36-yard strike in the first quarter for the game’s only touchdown. Adams was 8-of-13 passing.

Carrington, who missed the first six games of the season after being suspended by the NCAA for a drug policy violation had three grabs for 89 yards and is the leading receiver for the game.

Royce Freeman has rushed for 51 yards on 11 carries. Bralon Addison scored on an 8-yard run with Aidan Schneider kicking the successful point after. The Ducks had tried a 2-point conversion on the first TD but failed. Addison also has 62 yards of receiving with his three catches. Dwayne Stanford has 48 yards on a catch.

Oregon also had successful field goal by Aidan Schneider of 28-yards to conclude the Oregon scoring with two seconds left in the half.

Washington scored on a 40-yard field goal by Cameron Van Winkle.

Washington’s Jake Browning has thrown for 96 yards on 12-of-17 passing. Joshua Perkins has 37 yards on three receptions while Dante Pettis has two catches for 21 yards. Jaydon Mickens also has two catches for 20 yards.

Myles Gaskin is the leading Washington rusher with 56 yards on eight carries.

Overall Oregon has a total 268 yards (202 passing, 67 rushing) while Washington has 166 yards total offense (166 passing, 70 rushing).

Washington will receive the ball when the ball is kicked off to start the 3rd quarter.
