Oregon has a big challenge on Thursday night when it travels to ASU to meet the Sun Devils relentless defense.

One of the questions posed to Oregon Head Coach Mark Helfrich on Tuesday was how the Ducks would deal with the blitz heavy defense in Thursday night's game at Sun Devil Stadium.

Helfrich believes the Sun Devils will blitz and often, coming from all angles and in any situation.

"You have to be aggressive and patient simultaneously, explained Helfrich on how to deal with ASU's aggressive defense. "They're going to hit us five-yards deep in the backfield, that's going to happen."

Helfrich believes that if he team keeps its poise and plays aggressively, then good things can happen. He's hoping that playmakers such as Bralon Addison, Devon Allen and Darren Carrington, along with quarterback Vernon Adams and running back Royce Freeman can be patient and exploit opportunities that are created by the ASU defense.

ASU leads the conference with 24 sacks so far this season.
