Oregon plays California on Saturday and it is time for predictions.

Oregon meets California on Saturday at Autzen Stadium in a game that is pivotal for both team’s season. Both are 5-3 for the season though Oregon is 3-2 in conference play and Cal needs a win to reach that record. In the fourth part of the Cal-Oregon preview, Ryan Gorcey and Steve Summers make some predictions.

Who will win? Oregon behind Vernon Adams or Jared Goff's Cal Bears? When the season started few figured Cal to be in the picture for post season play, but Oregon was thought to be one of the favorites.

After eight games, Oregon and Cal are both 5-3 for the year. Oregon can still be in the hunt for a chance to play in the Pac-12 Championship game if they beat Cal. The Bears on the other hand still have a chance to finish the season off strongly and put themselves in a position for a good bowl game.

Oregon beat ASU last week, 61-55 in triple overtime while Cal lost to USC 27-21.

Kickoff for Saturday's game is 7:30 p.m. (Pacific) and the game will be carried on ESPN2.
