Oregon will hold its annual spring game on Saturday staring at 11 a.m. at Autzen Stadium.

Oregon quarterback Dakota Prukop will play in his first spring game for the the Ducks on Saturday, April 30, starting at 11 a.m. inside Autzen Stadium.

Prukop along with redshirt freshman Travis Jonson are the two leading candidates for the starting signalcaller and on Saturday will be Prukop's first opportunity to experience a spring crowd which likely will number at least 40,000 fans.

On Monday, the Oregon Athletic Department allowed some season ticket holders an opportunity to watch practice, although media was not allowed. From sketchy reports the practice went well, though while most of the fans were not looking at the goings on with a critical eye, it is interesting to note that most were watchng to competition between Prukop and Jonson.

At this point it would appear that Prukop has the upper hand in the competition, do mostly to his greater experience though coaches have said that Jonson has a slight advantage in understanding the playbook, as he has been with the team for a longer period of time.

The game on Saturday will be carried on Pac-12 Networks with the practices session sechduled to start at 11 a.m.

The Ducks have not yet issued any kind of bus schedule or if the customary canned food drive will take place.
