Ryan Kelley no longer commited to Oregon.

The Oregon Ducks lost another recruit on Tuesday when quarterback Ryan Kelley, Basha High School, Chandler, Arizona announced via Twitter that he is no longer committed to the Ducks.

Ryan Kelleyis a 4-star dual threat quarterback that was thought to fit nicely into Oregon's offensive scheme. However the wording in Kelley's message would give cause that the Ducks are making some sort of philosophical change.

"I'd like to thank the University of Oregon for the love and opportunities they have presented me,” Kelley said in his Twitter message. “I really do respect and appreciate how that program is ran, due to some changes I have decided to step back from my commitment.”

Kelley’s de-commitment marks the seventh potential student athlete in the last two recruiting seasons to have a change of mind when it comes to playing at Oregon. Last year, six highly talented athletes switched commitments, some at the last moment before signing National Letters of Intent.

The loss of Kelley means the Ducks must aggressively get back onto the recruiting trail to find a players that will help the Ducks “Win The Day."
