Oregon takes on UC Davis on Saturday

SR QB Dakota Prukop will be making his second career start against UC Davis. The former Montana State signal caller played in Davis in 2014 with Prukop rolling up 509 yards of total offense with six TDs. The then-sophomore QB completed 17-of-22 passes for 361 yards and four touchdowns, while rushing for 148 yards on 14 carries with two TDs. MSU won the game 77-37 on Oct. 11, 2014.

•JR WR Devon Allen was just the fourth active college football player to ever qualify for the Summer Olympics in track and field. Allen, who placed fifth in the 100m hurdles in Rio, joined Marquise Goodman (Texas; 2012 Olympics - long jump), James Jett (West Virginia; 1992 Olympics - sprinter) and Bob Hayes (Florida A&M; 1964 Olympics - sprinter).

•JR RB Royce Freeman heads into the season 30th all-time in Pac-12 career rushing and 19th all-time on the conference career rushing touchdowns list. The Ducks’ running back needs 816 yards in 2016 to crack the top 10 in rushing, while needing 25 rushing TDs to become the Pac-12’s all-time leader.

•Freeman has 17 career 100-yard rushing game which ranks second at Oregon. He trails only LaMichael James (2009-11) who had 26 100-yard games during his three-year career.

•Oregon has had a 1,000-yard rusher each of the last nine seasons, the longest active streak in the country. During that stretch, the Ducks have had 10 backs rush for over 1,000 yards.

•JR WR/KR Charles Nelson needs 592 kick return yards to become the school’s all-time leader. He currently ranks sixth with 1,294 yards.

•JR K Aidan Schneider is the most accurate kicker in Oregon history making 91.7 percent (33-of-36) of his field goal attempts.
