Oregon prepares for the Cal Bears.

After having the week off, the Oregon Ducks are back on the practice field and on Tuesday, head coach Mark Helfrich held his regular weekly media conference in the Hatfiled-Dowlin Center in Eugene. Helfrich believes his team's attitude is good and despite being 2-4 for the season and 0-3 in conference action, Helfrich is upbeat about his team and the future.

Helfrich said that the plan going forward for his team is to continue to operate as the team has for a "long time" and stressing points about how Oregon goes about running a football program.

The headman also believes the bye week was "productive" with the team getting healthier physically and mentally.
