“We had 15 second chance points and that enabled us to get and hold a lead," said Altman of the win over Valpo. "This is the first time that we did better in the second half than the first half defensively, so a lot of positives to take away there. I thought the guys bounced back really well, their focus was much better and we got contributions from our bench that we didn’t get at Baylor. It was just a much better team effort tonight."
