Thomas Graham, Jr., 5-11, 163, made the announcement at a committment ceremony at his high school (Rancho Cucamonga) on Friday morning. Graham is the No. 77 player nationally as rated by Scout.com and the No. 7 cornerback.
With the commitment, Oregon's new head coach Willie Taggart has demonstrated that not only can he win people over at media conferences he can also get the job done recruiting. There had been questions asked if Taggart's hire would effect Oregon's recruiting in California, but obviously Taggart has shown he can recruit players anywhere in the country. Taggart took the Oregon job last week after leading the University of South Florida to a 10-3 mark in the 2016 season.
More details from Scout.com will become available later today.
